Visa, MC, Discover, American Express , bank debit card and cash accepted.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATIONS

A $25 processing charge will be applied to all cancellations.
If 14 days or more notice is given, the deposit will be refunded minus
the $25 processing charge.
If 2-14 days notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-booked  to another guest for the full period.
With less than 48 hours notice, non-arrival or early departure, the guest will be liable  for the full cost of the stay.

SMOKING & CANDLES

Smoking and lighted candles are not permitted inside the buildings, or on the porch.   Smoking is prohibited by city ordinance. 
Guests who do not respect these regulations will be charged an additional $125 and will be asked to leave.

PETS

We regret that we cannot allow pets on the premises.  Note:  Innkeepers have a pair of cats that do not interact with guests as they reside in the Innkeepers area of the bed and breakfast. 

Other
Due to the historic nature of the building and the antiques in the bed and breakfast, children under the age of 16 are not recommended.
