. Sitting beside the house is a 70 foot long, nine foot deep hedge of hemlock.
It borders our sitting porch so that it creates a wonderful secret garden.  You can sit on the side porch and watch the hummingbirds and finches tackle the feeders and take in the aroma of our 19th century flower garden while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon lemonade.  
 

The garden has long been neglected but we have finally turned our attention to it and as the seasons progress so will the grandeur of this garden return.
